Our Music Director, Michael Butterman, will host the pre-concert lectures and will point out the most interesting facts about the composers and repertoire played at each concert. They will be held an hour before each show and last approximately 30 minutes. Everyone is encouraged to come.
Pre-concert lectures will be held before every show except the Family Concert on January 27, 2008 and the Nutcracker shows on November 23rd, 24th, and 25th, 2007.

Don Campbell, world- renowned author of "The Mozart Effect", will join Michael Butterman in a series of pre-concert lectures under the title of "The Conscious Listener". In addition, Mr. Campbell will offer a special half-day workshop "Conscious Listening for your Health", at 10:00 am- 1:00 pm at the Trinity Lutheran Church located at Pine and Broadway. Local Beatles expert Archer, from Radio Station 99.5 The Mountain, will host the pre-concert lecture with Michael Butterman on February 2nd.
On Sunday mornings at 9:00, Archer features a "Breakfast with the Beatles", a locally-produced three hour show with lots of exclusive features and input from listeners.
