The magic of the circus returns with fresh, new acts by aerial fliers, strongmen, acrobats, jugglers and contortionists sharing the stage with the Boulder Phil. This was an extremely popular, sold-out event when Cirque de la Symphonie last appeared with the Boulder Phil. Adults and children alike greatly enjoy this visual entertainment extravaganza featuring high-energy classical music.

Concert run-time is approx. 2 hours, including one intermission.
Music Director Michael Butterman will give a preview of the Boulder Phil's 2016-17 season at 6:30 PM, before the evening concert.

FREE Arts Education Family Fair
This free Family Fair begins at 1 PM before our Cirque de la Symphonie matinee concert on April 2. It features Boulder organizations that offer kids’ music lessons, dance classes, acrobatics and more. Experience the magic of getting involved in music and movement arts here in Boulder! Meet teachers, check out classes and lessons, and enjoy costumed performers and live demos - concessions available. Participating orgs: Frequent Flyers Productions, Boulder Ballet, Boulder Samba School, Boulder Children’s Chorale, Colorado Shakespeare Festival, The Catamounts and more.
