Music Director Michael Butterman and the Boulder Philharmonic bring to life two favorite works by Ludwig van Beethoven: his Piano Concerto No. 4 and his Symphony No. 5, a work which opens with perhaps the four most famous notes in all of music! Featured soloist will be Colorado native Katie Mahan, a graduate of CU-Boulder who has charmed audiences across three continents. The Boulder Bach Festival opens the evening at 6 p.m. with stunning choral and chamber music by J.S. Bach, Handel and Vivaldi.

There is ample free parking, and your choice of reserved, covered seating or lawn seating. Bring your own picnic to enjoy on the grounds, or take advantage of the full concessions!
