America’s favorite ballet is brought to life by the Boulder Ballet and the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra. The grandness of Macky Auditorium is matched by the scale of this production featuring a cast of 80 dancers, full scenery, beautiful costumes and special effects.
Ana Claire and Peter Davison’s classical choreography is infused with theatrical magic, circus arts and a rare sense of humor. The company dancers are joined by students of the Boulder Ballet School and members of the Boulder Children’s Chorale, who provide a delightful attraction for young audience members.
You won’t want to miss the adorable mice, toy soldiers, dreamy snow scene and wondrous trip to the Land of Sweets for Clara and her Nutcracker Prince. Start the holidays with this annual spectacular!
