Copland’s Lincoln Portrait will be complemented by powerful photochoreography by James Westwater and live narration by actor, professional storyteller and Emmy-nominee Bill Mooney. Bravo! Colorado, a piece dedicated to the memory of Gerald Ford, reflects the beauty of majestic mountains, alpine gardens and whitewater—a fitting soundtrack for our beautiful state. Beethoven’s monumental Symphony No. 3 “Eroica” celebrates the hero within each of us.
