What are the advantages to subscribing? There are many advantages to becoming a subscriber. For the biggest savings, 20% off, you can purchase the Masterworks Series and also get 10% off the Nutcracker and Cirque de la Symphonie performances. If you can't attend all five Classical Series concerts but still want to save money, you can choose any 2-4 Classical Concerts for 10% off! If you are a new Masterworks subscriber, you can receive 50% off single ticket prices.
How do I buy single tickets? You can purchase tickets online or by contacting the Dairy Center Box Office at 303-444-7328 (Tuesday-Friday, 1-5 p.m.). Single tickets go on sale June 15, 2010.
Can I purchase tickets at Macky Auditorium or do I need to call the box office? You can purchase tickets at Macky Auditorium on the evenings before concerts, beginning at 6:15 p.m.. However these tickets do not get pulled until the majority of tickets are sold. Good seats are not guaranteed, and the only discounts that will be honored at Macky are the $5 child or student rush ticket.
What discounts are always available? -$5 Student/Child Tickets (College student discounts are for rush tickets only - night-of-concert purchases at the Macky Box Office. $5 child tickets are for children accompanied by an adult with a purchased ticket.)

How can I purchase tickets for a group and are there any specials? The Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra has a special 20% discount rate for group sales of 10 or more tickets. To purchase for your group, please contact the Boulder Philharmonic Office at 303-449-1343, ext. 2.
What if I've lost my tickets? Subscribers can have their tickets reprinted once with valid identification. We can only reprint tickets for the person whose name is on the account.
I bought the tickets but can't come. What should I do? We have a 24-hour exchange policy for subscribers. As long as we have the physical tickets 24 hours in advance, we can exchange them for another concert during the current season. If you have already purchased the entire season or are not able to go to another concert, you can donate your tickets back to the box office and we will send you a tax letter for your records. You are always welcome to give your tickets to friends or family. For single ticket buyers, we invite you to either give your tickets to friends or family or you may donate them back to the box office 24 hours in advance. There are no refunds for tickets purchased.
When does Will-Call open? If you need to pick up tickets at Will-Call, our Will-Call office is located in the lobby of Macky Auditorium. The office opens at 6:15 p.m. before concerts.
