The Soldier’s Tale Digital Concert On Demand @ Online Event
Apr 3 @ 7:30 pm – Apr 17 @ 11:45 pm

This concert is available on-demand through April 17.

Stravinsky reinvented his compositional approach in the aftermath of WWI and the Spanish Flu pandemic of 1918 – distilling the opulence and intricacy of his early works into an intimate, condensed style. L’Histoire du soldat (The Soldier’s Tale) is a theatrical work “to be read, played, and danced” and takes on an intimacy that suits the moralizing message of the drama: greed leads to ruin. We’re delighted to collaborate with our friends in the CU Department of Theater and Boulder Ballet to present this unique program.
