COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols and Ticket Policy

Masks are optional at Boulder Philharmonic concerts due to low COVID positivity rates in Boulder County and throughout Colorado. Proof of COVID vaccinations is also no longer required. Boulder Phil still welcomes our patrons to wear masks at any time. Our policies are subject to change with continuing guidance from local, state, and federal officials. Check this page and emails from Boulder Phil prior to attending a concert for updates on safety protocols.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 (with or without symptoms), are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19 at any time in the 10 days leading up to your performance date, please do not attend. Ticket exchanges are available by contacting the Box Office at 303.449.1343 up to 4 hours prior to the start of the performance.

For further details regarding our policies, please see the FAQs below. Note that with the constantly evolving nature of the pandemic, all policies are subject to change and will be updated in accordance with public health guidance. If any policy change makes you uncomfortable, or if you or someone in your party is exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, please call our Box Office at 303-449-1343 ex. 0. You may exchange your tickets for a concert of equal value or convert your tickets to a donation no later than 4 hours prior to the event. Please note tickets are non-refundable. We thank you in advance for your understanding as we continue to ensure the health and safety of our musicians, staff and patrons.
